A Telegram tool checklist for community administrators
Choose a group bot by the action it needs to perform, its declared compatibility and the permissions you can test.

Describe the group problem
Write down the action you want: handle join requests, reduce repeated spam, answer a recurring question or schedule a reminder. Check whether the publisher describes that exact action and group support. A channel publishing tool, an inline bot and a group moderator are not interchangeable.
Match the declared permissions
Use the compatibility map and its source to distinguish private chat, inline mode, groups, channels and Mini Apps. Missing support remains unknown. Compare required permissions with the intended action; an editing-rights badge in Market does not establish Telegram approval or justify every administrator permission.
Test in a group you control
Try the proposed action in a separate test group with a small set of messages. Check both the intended result and the false-positive case, then remove an unnecessary permission and test again. A public profile response or an owner declaration is not a substitute for this group-specific observation.
Plan changes and removal
Check how to pause the bot, undo a test action and remove its access. Keep a shortlist for your team and grant collection editing only to people who need it. A collaborative Market collection does not give its members access to the Telegram group or ownership of the apps listed in it.
